Cadet Engineer for Process Engineering:
- Will be trained on Project Management and with the different quality tools such as 8D, SPCs, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, etc.
- Will be responsible for Cost-Savings, Process Improvement and NPI Support for BG and Die Sales
Cadet Engineer for Equipment Engineering (LM):
- Will be trained on Mechanical Concepts and Actual Hands-on, OEE and Maintenance Engineering
- Will be responsible for OEE improvement initiatives and programs
Qualifications
Cadet Engineer for Process Engineering:
- Graduate of BS ECE or Computer Eng'g (preferably with knowledge in statistics)
- Must have a strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
Cadet Engineer for Equipment Engineering (LM):
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering (preferably BS Mechanical Engineering)
- Must have a strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
