Description for Manufacturing Engineer
Perform sequential lot scheduling that emphasize OTD impact, quality output performance and maximized throughput
•Review daily production schedule, coordinate and drive effective and efficient resolutions to meet delivery requirements
•Initiate and drive capacity improvement projects and or activities through Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve overall Efficiency.
•Enforce shop floor work discipline to ensure that testing is done according to defined requirements and instructions
•Conduct coaching and counselling to operators and administers personnel discipline
•Review process changes, deploy spec changes and update training records
Description for Manufacturing Equipment Engineer
Responsible for in-depth equipment repair and troubleshooting, device issues analysis and delegation of permanent resolution and perform activities on test system off-line in order to maintain the accuracy of calibration and improve performance and uptime in a customer-responsive manner. Also manages equipment logistics to assure availability of spare parts, boards, tools and materials.
