1) Re-design optimal linear feeder dead spot to handle dimensions reliability of package dimension variations (OSPI built vs Subcon); analyze and create project to sustain plunger alignment to contactor and ZERO OUR INVALID QA fails on OPENS failure.
2) GR&R analysis on loadboard-to-loadboard correlation; Hardware design sturdiness improvement on loadboards with interposers.
3) Improve manufacturing efficiency thru NVA elimination and improve manufacturing planning thru automation (starts and target); Minimizing mfg losses to help resources to meet world class OEE performance.
