1. Validation of device consumption rate through time study
2. Collaborate with process and equipment engineers on the actual machine parameters and validation of machine index time
3. Production floor space modeling and optimization
4. Maintain head count model and man to machine ratio
5. Establish machine OEE component breakdown
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Auto CAD
Applied knowledge on IE tools and methodology such as Time and Motion Study, MOST, Facilities Planning
Analytical and Data Driven
Fast Learner and thrives working under pressure
Excellent in Oral and Communication Skills
