Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Operations of all facilities equipments as per defined standards to meet the requirement of manufacturing operations
- Perform preventive, corrective, predictive as well as condition based maintenance using tools , methods, practices to ensure equipments are maintained as per standards set by facilities department.
- mobilize out of control plan designed by facilities in the event of out of control conditions to restore process operations and reduce down time of major equipments
- attend to production concerns related to facilities to ensure quick uptime of affected equipment and processes.
- to ensure safe work environment, through safe work practices and trainings
- participates in meeting established goals and KPI's of facilities operations on areas of quality, safety, downtime, cost, audits compliance others.
- ensures that all facilities processes meets all goverment requirements on operation, safety, environmental regulations
-maintains and updates records both on operations and preventive maintenance
- ensures assigned projects are reviewed, implemented and executed to the highest standard in engineering practices and complies with local and intl codes.
-performs other task which maybe assigned from time to time in support of manufacturing and other departments.
- maybe required to work during holidays, weekends or after office hours to meet the departments deadlines and commitments to manufacturing and other departments.
