Qualifications:
- Open for Dayshift schedule
- at least 2 years of experience as TSR
- TSR Level 2 experience
- an experience as CSR
- Experience in handling Australian Telco
- Experience with ADSL, VOIP and other mobile technologies
- good to have strong background with NBN technologies
- Amenable to work in Ortigas
- atleast 10 mbps of internet connection
