Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a highly driven NATIONAL SALES HEAD to join our team, lead the sales function, and be responsible for overseeing sales at a national level, coordinating sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
About Us: We are a service-oriented company that offers a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.
About the Role: This role is vital in driving national sales growth, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue targets. Among the responsibilities are:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales team members to achieve sales target
Ability to manage, track, monitor, and record sales team under his jurisdiction
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Regular coordination with management is needed to oversee the daily operations of the branches.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and .delivers sales presentations to top management
Ability to conduct trainings and orientations and mentor his team regarding sales strategies and techniques
Coordinates with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
Analyzing market trends and competitor's activities and formulating strategies
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:
A graduate with a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a successful Sales Head
A hands-on leader who is a strong coach and mentor
With strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills and in-depth knowledge of the sales process and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With good analytical skills and an excellent problem-solver
A strong team player
