LOOKING FOR TUTOR/NANNY (Female)
 
LOCATION: BANILAD, CEBU CITY
 
STAY-OUT (7am-7pm duty hours)
 
BENEFITS:
 
RATE: 600/day INITIAL OFFER pwede higher kung taas og experience (subject to increase/additional benefits after 1 year)
 
DAY-OFF: Once a week every Sunday, no work no pay
13th month pay og mu 1 year na ka Government mandated benefits after 1 year ON TOP of daily rate (pwede rapud rate increase if mas prefer nimo)
Possibility of health insurance if more than 2 years na ka sa ilaha
Free all meals, snacks, coffee
Vitamins free, 1 per day

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be college level (background in Education a plus)
Must have at least 2 years straight relevant experience as tutor nanny
Female (kung older, mu interview rapud mi but medyo gagmay ang mga bata nga bantayan basin ma hago kaayo if older na ang yaya)
Ex abroad a plus but not a requirement (plus plus pa gyud kung either Hongkong or Taiwan)
Must have complete basic vaccinations (covid, hepa, MMR, chickenpox etc) kung wala, at least willing lang magpa vaccinate kami ray mu gasto
Must be willing to travel over night within Cebu at moments notice (usually maka inform ra gyud mi days ahead, pero sometimes dili malikayan mga sudden nga plans)
Better if Catholic (but not required) kay during times nga manimba kuyogon tanan helpers on duty
No smokers please kay daghan bata sa house
Must be willing to sign a contract
Must be willing to undergo background check

JOB DESCRIPTION
Paligo sa kids (3 kids: 5, 3, 2 years old)
Pa kaon sa kids
Mo kuyog sa kids sa sports activities
Prepare sa things sa mga bata kung manglakaw
Kuyog ka sa family og mag out of town
Work with mom for enrichment activities sa kids
Although naa kay kauban nga yaya ikaw gyud ang accountable for the kids kay ang isa ka yaya is all-around
Homeschooled ang kids so mu tabang sad ka sa mama mag prepare or sometimes if busy ang mama ikaw ang in charge usa sa pag teach sa kids (naa ray program and curriculum, mu help lang kag buhat sa mga basic like tracing, coloring, memorization etc)
Walk with the kids in the morning and in the afternoon pati kuyog nila sa playground inag hapon.
Naa ra ang mama sa mga bata sa house so essentially buddy mo when it comes to the kids especially karon kay naay infant pa (naa ray own caregiver ang infant)
