Qualifications:
Female 18-40 years old (adjust as needed)
High School Graduate / Fresh Graduate
Most of our guests are foreigners comfortable communicating in basic English.
Knowledgeable in manicure, pedicure, and foot spa
Advantage if skilled in gel polish, nail art, or nail extensions
With good personal hygiene and good grooming
Good communication and customer service skills
Trustworthy, hardworking, and can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Perform manicure, pedicure, foot spa, and other nail services to clients
Apply regular and gel polish neatly and professionally
Create simple or advanced nail art (if skilled)
Perform nail extensions and other advanced nail services (if applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation at all times
Assist clients politely and provide excellent customer service
Recommend services and products to clients as needed
Follow salon rules, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
Ensure client satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
