Job Summary
You will be one of the Rockstar members in our mystery shopping team responsible for conducting mystery shopping calls to grade our providers.
This is a work from home position. Nightshift hours. Monday-Friday 10 pm to 6 am Philippines time zone.
Do you have more than 2 years experience making sales calls?
Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls?
Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
Can you handle nightshift hours?
Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPI's?
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients.
Familiar with simple customer data research.
Engage clients in phone conversations as their potential customers. They should be able to hold phone conversations that sound casual yet professional.
Assess conversations and calibrate on scoring each conversation.
Complete a client survey form with accuracy.
Document conversations with precision and with sufficient clarity.
Remember that we are looking for the number eleven.
Send feedback to clients through masterfully crafted emails.
Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace including but not limited to processes, goals, and requirements, and still meet project expectations
Highly motivated and process oriented and driven to meet deadlines and goals
Proven track record of initiative-building and implementation
Keep track of personal productivity and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Has proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills, BPO Collections Agent Profile preferred.
Has at least 2 years BPO experience, preferably in a work from home environment
Has keen attention to detail and has familiarity with the use of several remote work tools.
Has the proven ability to multitask and think outside the box.
Has system requirements as mandated by the project .
