Description
We need an experienced individual who will be responsible for all aspects critical to particular projects relating to MySQL Database and Infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Expertise with MySQL Database (Management, Maintenance and Administration)
Experience with planning, deploying and managing Linux based infrastructure.
Expert ability to perform analysis of client requirements and design technical solutions.
Working knowledge with Oracle Database Administration is an advantage.
Ability to lead/mentor Jr. DBAs.
General Roles and Responsibilities:
Mid-level Engineer to support with problem management, reporting and troubleshooting.
Monitor and improve MySQL database and infrastructures.
Evaluate technologies and tools.
Conduct routine health checks, troubleshoot and fix database and infrastructure issues.
Write and update documentation.
Perform overall maintenance: Monitoring, Tuning, Patching, Replication, Backup, Restore and Recovery.

Minimum education level: Vocational
Years of experience: 2

Knowledge: Oracle
