About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and energetic Multimedia & Social Media Specialist to join the Hardin Bar team. You'll be responsible for capturing on-site photo and video content, editing short-form clips for social media, and creating engaging visuals that highlight the bar's events, nightlife, and culture.Responsibilities
Capture daily content (photo and video) during bar operations and events
Edit content into social media-ready formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency
Coordinate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
Creative eye for storytelling and visual presentation
Must be comfortable working in a nightlife environment
Strong sense of initiative and reliability
