MULTIMEDIA ARTS SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Arts Specialist to support the creation and management of engaging visual and video content. This role involves researching content trends, using AI tools for multimedia creation, and supporting marketing strategies across various platforms targeting parents and young children.
Qualifications:
Proven creativity and a strong visual sense.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Familiarity with AI content creation tools (image/video generation).
Basic knowledge of video editing and design tools.
Keen attention to detail and quality assurance.
Self-motivated, takes initiative, and can work with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to evolving trends and directions.
Responsibilities:
Research and analyze YouTube Kids channels (e.g., nursery rhymes) to identify current content trends.  
Review and assess video content to ensure high quality, creativity, and relevance to the target audience.  
Create and edit basic videos and images using AI-powered tools based on provided prompts and concepts.  
Monitor and track audience engagement and follower growth on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.  
Explore parenting websites, communities, and blogs for potential marketing and collaboration opportunities.
Conduct monthly research and updates of top-performing channels, blogs, Instagram accounts, and "Mom Cafes" in different countries, ranking them from 1st to 10th based on influence and relevance.  
Engage with target content creators by leaving positive and personalized comments using the official JellyPink account to build rapport and encourage collaboration.
Follow a structured AI content creation workflow:  
Generate AI images based on prompts provided by the supervisor.  
Submit images for approval.  
Upon approval, create videos using the selected images.  
Submit final videos for quality assurance and confirmation before publishing.  
Other Duties:
 
Perform any other related tasks or special assignments as directed by the supervisor that are aligned with the scope of multimedia content creation, social media marketing, or content research.
