Description
Multimedia Artist uses multiple technologies and artistic methods to create special effects, advertisements, motion graphics, images and music used for marketing materials from different departments of the company. Its medium will also be used for the future development of the company.
General Description of Function
Create timely, accurate and creative designs that meet the specific guidelines and requirements of company's marketing programs.
Actively participate in brainstorming meetings to develop the required creative design/ layout/media; facilitate regular communication and coordination with Category Head, Trade Marketing Specialist and other department and contribute creative insight into the design development of Marketing concepts.
Prepare sketches or layouts; blend and match colors-by hand or with the aid of a computer- to illustrate the vision for the design; Utilize a variety of media in order to achieve the desired artistic or decorative effects such as but not limited to Design.
Programs such as In-design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Facilitate the timely presentation/submission of the completed design layout for approval.
Prepare notes and instructions to production prior assembling final composition for rendering; coordinate with production contractors to ensure adherence to the approved design & concept; assist in reviewing the mock-up design for errors to ensure accuracy in accordance to defined standards before final printing or broadcasting.
Properly archive all design work documents for accessibility and easy reference; ensure that company media and templates database are properly maintained and organized.
Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance of all equipment under custody such as but not limited to laptop, USB, external hard disk, photography equipment etc. to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
Conduct photo shoot and video shoot (raw materials)

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Video editing
