Requirements:
Proficient in both Mandarin and Cantonese
Can speak, read and write Mandarin and Cantonese
Good English Communication Skills
Customer Service experience is a plus
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder in any field
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
Preferable with pleasing personality and can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling Mandarin and Chinese customer inquiries
Assisting customers in obtaining and understanding medical benefits
Examine the claims and verifying insurance eligibility
Recording any medical charges and other payments or adjustments
Forward calls to the proper department
Maintain documentation of customer contact and transaction records
