Skills or Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Dutch
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills  
Should be proactive in dealing with a customer issue
Should have a sense of urgency when answering queries.
Willing to work on-site
Willing to follow the safety and health standards of the company
Tasks and responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
