Job Qualifications:
With high school diploma, short courses certificate/ Bachelor or college degree.
Minimum of two years experience in the related field.
Preferably 1 to 4 years experienced in maintenance/ repair (facilities and building) or equivalent background of electrical, plumbing & air conditioning troubleshooting.
With knowledge in welding works & carpentry works.
Knows how to operate and maintain a building gen set.
Familiar with the building's fire detection and alarm system operation and basic troubleshooting.
With knowledge in fire protection system and door access system.
Duties and Resposibilities
Reports to the building admin officer and responsible for performing the following:
1. Conducts regular founds/ inspection of all building equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
2. Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to correct any noted defects.
3. Operates and monitors operations of exhaust fan, air conditioning, cooling system, lighting, etc.
4. Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on gen set, fire protection system, fire detection and alarm system and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
5. Attend to departments' and tenants' service call or request for assistance inside the office or units.
