MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN (HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL)
 
Job Description
Conduct preventive maintenance based on the 52 week schedule to all equipment, building systems, facilities and amenities.
Load monitoring of main bus duct, main lungs, and other electrical equipment and bolt tightening on both load side and line side.
Conduct weekly generator testing/warm up and observe the parameters set in the preventive maintenance checklist.
Demonstrate a positive and professional approach at all times to the residents and tenants, ensuring wherever possible the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Reports maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries.
Maintains maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
Qualification
At least college Level, TESDA or vocational Graduate
Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Has other skills like masonry, plumbing, electrical works and etc.
Can write, understand and can speak English
