What this job involves
Carry out maintenance and improvement works ensuring all procedures, processes, and client requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain various building service facilities in good condition in accordance with the maintenance plan, to maximize efficiency, minimize maintenance and energy costs.
When problem about the premises occurs, investigate the cause before the arrival of maintenance contractor, and try to maintain and recover the operation.
Complete documented records should be kept for all minor and major improvement works including all corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Supervise the performance of maintenance contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance or improvement works to the required standards.
Ensure all technical services works are in compliance to Critical Environment Management procedures.
Inspect and monitor the function of office facilities.
Experience in any or all of the following: electrical, mechanical, plumbing
At least a graduate of vocational course or have completed relevant
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in maintenance and improvement works, preferably in a property / facilities management setting
Ability to maintain property / facility services in accordance with maintenance plan
Knowledge of Computer Room Air-conditioning (CRAC), Chiller System, Fire Protection System, Electrical System, Security System and BMS System.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Candidates with experience in data centers and disaster recovery sites will have an added advantage.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule; Prepared to perform shift / standby duty and work on weekends.
