1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
2. Must possess skills in at least two disciplines in the areas of civil works, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
5. Can work with minimum supervision and extended hours
