• Must be at least high school graduate (preferably TESDA registered)
• With at least 3 years of experience as Handyman/Multi-skilled worker
• With good understanding of construction process as well as health and safety issues
• Must have ample experience in the construction field like tiles, tinsmith, masonry, and plumbing
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast learner, positive, able to work at a high standard, and can handle work pressure
• Physically fit
