We are looking for a dynamic Multimedia Specialist to enhance our mall's marketing and promotional efforts. This role involves creating engaging multimedia content for in-mall displays, social media, and events, aimed at attracting and retaining shoppers. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and technical expertise to elevate our brand presence within the mall environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce multimedia content for marketing, including videos, animations, and promotional graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of mall events, promotions, and featured retailers.
Coordinate live streaming of events and ensure smooth technical execution.
Maintain and update multimedia content across digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with current promotions and events.
Monitor the performance of multimedia content, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies.
Assist in organizing and promoting special events through multimedia channels.
Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to our multimedia projects.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in a retail or events setting.
Proven expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Skills:
Strong creative skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Excellent technical proficiency in multimedia production.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging content.
Other Requirements:
A portfolio showcasing previous multimedia work relevant to retail or events.
Flexibility to work during mall hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
