Shopify & Conversion Optimization
Build and maintain our Shopify store.
Install apps for conversions, upsells, and subscriptions.
Track customer behavior with analytics tools (Lucky Orange, Clarity, Triple Whale)
Conduct A/B tests and optimize UX and product pages
2. Multi-Marketplace Management:
List and optimize products on Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, and SHEIN.
Manage Pinterest shopping and organic traffic
Maintain inventory sync, product accuracy, and compliance.
Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback
3. Paid Ads & Marketing:
Run Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns
Test creatives, audiences, and ad copy for maximum ROI
Implement retargeting, LTV campaigns, and attribution tracking
4. Creative Production:
Create viral Reels, TikToks, and UGC videos
Design Pinterest pins and social assets
Produce product photography and lifestyle imagery
5. Email & SMS Marketing:
Build Klaviyo or Omnisend flows: welcome, cart recovery, and post-purchase.
Segment audiences and optimize for lifetime value.
Write compelling parent-focused copy
6. Data & KPI Optimization:
Track funnels, heatmaps, and session recordings; identify friction points and recommend improvements; own weekly KPI reporting and implement strategies to surpass goals
Bonuses awarded for exceeding sales, engagement, and conversion KPIs
Qualifications:
2 to 5+ years experience with Shopify, marketplaces, or eCommerce growth
Experience managing ads on Meta, TikTok, Google; creative content creation experience (video, photography, social media)
Marketplace knowledge (Etsy, Walmart, SHEIN)
Email automation (Klaviyo, Omnisend)
Analytical mindset + data-driven decision-making
Passion for creating products parents love.
Individuals who can build and optimize Shopify stores
