Description
Primary Role:
- Attend to incident, request, change order and problem tickets using the agreed SLA
- User creation and permission assignment based on the required level of database access
- Database back up, restoration and recovery.
- Troubleshoot various problems that arise in a day-to-day work and fix the issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 1 year relevant experience in MS SQL DBA
- Technologies / Skills Needed: Microsoft SQL Servers (2000, 2005, 2008,2012,2014), Oracle, Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Backup and Restoration, Optimizing Performance and T-SQL
- Amenable for Temporary Work from Home set up. Shifting Schedule.
- Willing to be assigned within NCR branches once onsite operations resume. Possible Work Locations: Mandaluyong, BGC, Eastwood or Cubao
