About the Client: Audinate leads the world in networked media with our 'Dante' technology used extensively in professional audio / video installations including live events, broadcast, entertainment venues and communications systems. Dante harnesses the power of IT networking to make AV better, replacing the need for specialised point-to-point analogue and digital connections. The Dante technology embedded in popular AV products makes it possible for users to connect sound and vision like never before. Audinate is both firmly established and growing rapidly: they offer a full stack solution including low level hardware, desktop and server applications. Job Summary: In this newly created role, you will design and develop new Microsoft Power apps in collaboration with the team and the business as we move manual offline processes to online applications with workflow automation. Operating in an Agile environment (SAFe) , you will work closely with colleagues across departments to improve usability and functionality of our SharePoint environment and other internal systems. Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement solutions with the Power Platform and SharePoint as per stakeholder requirements Ongoing testing and quality assurance Ensure solutions are developed within agreed timeframes Creating procedures and technical documentation correlating to solution implementation Providing ongoing support as part of solution handover Staying up to date with emerging technologies that can offer business improvements and experimenting with new technologies to see how it can aid the business Share development skills and knowledge with the rest of the team Build and maintain effective and constructive relationships across the organisation Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline or advanced certifications on Power Platform and SharePoint Strong experience in MS Platform development includingPower Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online Good communication skills Experience working in an Agile environment Enjoys working in a dynamic environment across multiple projects Experience integrating PowerApps with non-Microsoft SaaS Additional desirable skills and experience: Power BI Experience working remotely with distributed teams Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite ERP Proficiency in MS Azure or AWS Other development experience e.g. HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript Experience working with APIs and databases Benefits WHAT WE OFFER: AUD1,000 Stock Share Annual Performance Bonus 1 HMO Dependent from Day 1 Above-Industry Standard Compensation Package Premium Healthcare Coverage and Life Insurance Fun Monthly Employee Engagement Activities Opportunities for Learning, Personality Development, and Career Advancement
