Description
Primary Role:
- Provide 2nd level or higher support related but not limited to: e-mail technical support or remote telephone and assistance for internal and external customers.
- Manage incidents and service requests. Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
- At least 5 years' experience in Customer/Client service experience, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging Server 2007 or Live Communication Server 2005 administration, Win2000/2003 administration, Hardware management skills.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and resolution skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization
- Temporarily work from home but applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong, BGC or Quezon City once onsite operations resumed.
