Qualifications
·You have experience in supporting technology environments such as:
· Supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.
· Maintaining Windows servers with patching and active support
· Operating Communications platforms such as Outlook, MSTeams, Skype for Business, and other video conferencing tools.
· Maintaining Windows and Mac desktop environments.
· Front line customer support as initial contact
· Managing distributed Active Directory Domain and Workgroups.
· Network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless devices, firewalls and Wide Area Network (WAN) configurations.
· Testing and monitoring network and software systems to ensure they remain in peak performance.
· Maintain office infrastructure such as printers, phone systems, NAS, UPS and backup technology.
· Securing systems by deploying system access and active monitoring.
· Documenting operation and usage procedures.
· Operate cloud infrastructure for our clients
· Some experience with 'power users' like developers would be ideal, but not required.
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Have client facing experience
· At least 2 to 3 year experience in a Managed Services set up.
· Deep understanding and with extensive experience on configuring and rolling out Microsoft 365 products (Office, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint) and Azure to multiple users.
· Involvement in the sales process as techno sales is nice to have
· Any Microsoft certification is a big plus
· Willing to travel to different client locations within Metro Manila if needed.
· Can prioritize multiple task at the same time
· Can manage his/her time effectively
· Can work with less supervision
