MOVE-IN COORDINATOR
 
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing proper and satisfactory turnover customer experience by way of ensuring effective customer communication, timely resolution of customer inquiries/concerns, and processing of customer's documents for proper turnover of property.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Customer Relations
Answers Calls, Text, and Emails from client
Assist client's inquiry and complaints.
Report the complaints to the respective department.
Turnover Functions
Update and receive the Take-out memo / authority to move in.
Orient buyers of the Subdivision Guidelines and House Rules & Regulations.
Scheduling of Unit Acceptance to Turnover.
Issue Billing of Move-In Fee thru DragonPay.
Receives Proof of Payment of Move-In Fees from Clients.
Other Functions
Process Electrical permit renewal.
Secure sign and sealed documents for electrical renewal.
Other duties assigned by Move-In Supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
College or Advanced Degree - Degree in Business Administration/Management
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
Customer relationship management, customer oriented, presentation and communication skills, Microsoft Office, ability to perform under pressure.
