We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Motorpool Officer to manage of our company vehicles. If you have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, repair supervision, and safety protocols, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
Develop and implement precise maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are always in top condition, reducing downtime.
Direct the procurement of parts, materials, and equipment required for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Establish and enforce safety protocols to ensure the secure operation of all vehicles and the safety of the motorpool staff.
Continuously monitor and analyze motorpool operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, BSBA, or equivalent.
Strong commitment to safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous substances.
Excellent physical condition to manage motorpool operations effectively.
Certification from a vocational school is an advantage.
