MOTORPOOL OFFICER
 
Job Description
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, encompassing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicin schedules.
Develop and implement meticulous maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles remain in optimal working condition, thereby minimizing downtime.
Direct the procurement of parts, materials, and equipment essential for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Establish and rigorously enforce safety protocols and procedures to guarantee the secure operation of all vehicles.
Continuously monitor and analyze motorpool operations to discern areas for enhancement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Maintain meticulous records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and inventory.
Qualifications
Diploma of Mechanical engineering/automotive/ BSBA/ or equivalent
Strong commitment to safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous substances
Excellent physical condition
Certification from a vocational school is an advantage
