Monitor trip tickets and prepare summary of vehicle travelled (i.e. odometer, area, fuel, etc.)
Monitor and prepare report for daily combined DTAR
Monitor daily activities of company mechanic and provide support to Motorpool Section Head
Prepare and coordinate with Purchasing Head required spare parts for company vehicle
Follow up pending purchase request for the repair of reported vehicle
Maintain an inventory of spare parts for the company vehicle
