Supervisory Responsibility
Accountable and responsible in ensuring that all budgets/targets and business objectives of his/her assigned territory are met by implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Manages the productivity and efficiency of MC Sales Associates and/or MC Loan Officers assigned in his/her area.
Implements the policies, procedures, and plans related to the function.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of the assigned areas against set targets.
Provides inputs on the creation of strategies, concepts, and sales and marketing plans for his/her territory.
Field sales and operations handling
Ensures the sales volume, count, profitability, and market penetration for the following MC Loans accounts: Dealer-sourced accounts, Bank-sourced accounts, Key accounts / institutional
Cascades and implements company policies including but not limited to: administrative, product parameters, and product features.
Sales force team building
Identifies growth expansion areas, as assisted by the MC Loan Head.
Actively participates in the selection, hiring, and on-boarding of sales force team members
Develops the potential of MC SAs and/or MC LOs through training, coaching, mentoring, on-the-job field work, and other development strategies.
Cascades timely product and process updates to assigned sales personnel
Sales force team productivity and efficiency
Handles of regular evaluation
Creates and implements Development Plans / Individual Performance Plans, as assisted by MC Loans Head
Conducts field work validation
Attends to the field concerns of the MC SAs and/or MC LOS and communicates to Head Office for support
External relations
Maintains harmonious and positive relationship with external counterparts i.e. City Savings Bank Regional Business Heads, Motorcycle Dealer Stores, Key Accounts
Reportorial
Prepares and submit required reports with regards to loan applications and administrative handlings in the field.
Provides information or feedback regarding market and regional information from the field.
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience: Has experience in the motorcycle industry (i.e. sales, dealership, manufacturing, financing, etc.
Good communication and presentation skills;
