- Entail taking steps to assemble, repair, and maintain electric motors.
- Rewind and produce coils; replace and prepare components, such as the stator core for winding or the wound motor for dipping; test the engine to ensure that repairs were successful; and perform final inspections.
- Graduate of mechatronics, motor control or anything related to industrial motors, either vocational or a degree course
- Male, ages 25-35 yrs. old
- Physical requirements include being able to lift and stand for long periods of time.
- Keen attention to details
- With at least 1 yr. previous experience working in industrial motors rewinding
- Skills Needed: rewinding, operation monitoring, equipment selection, system analyzation
- Willing in shifting schedule
- Willing to stay-in for 1 year
