Description
I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in the general maintenance and repair and keep recording and maintaining the inventory of
vehicle consumable supplies and other spare parts and to ensure that billing for each subsidiary company
have been charged/billed properly.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reports directly to the Motor pool Head.
2. In-charge on the daily repair & maintenance of the vehicle or as the need arises.
3. Perform quarterly maintenance of company vehicles.
4. Monitors incident / accident report for each vehicle.
5. Examine quarterly if vehicle needs to replace spare parts that seems to be defective and request if
necessary.
6. Prepares request for all requirements concerning vehicle spare parts and coordinate it with Admin
Coordinator.
7. Road-test vehicles to check work performed.
8. Check, repair & monitors equipment, e.g. generator & the likes, situated in LCPI Plant with the Asst.
Mechanic.
9. Maintains updated filing for:
a. Vehicles Maintenance Record
b. Vehicle Checklist forms
10. Attends to other matter as assigned by the immediate superior.
