We are looking for:
 
MORTGAGE PROCESSORS
 
As mortgage processors, you will be trained and expected to be proficient in performing the following tasks:
Interfacing with clients and mortgage brokers thru calls and emails to collect basic information needed to start mortgage application.
Interfacing with escrow, title, real estate agents and developers to collect documentation needed to submit a mortgage application to a bank
Placing document orders to 3rd party companies and verifiers
Reviewing the collected documentation for eligibility and correctness
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and status
Becoming immersed and knowledgeable in the processes involved in the purchase and refinance of real estate
Providing constant status update, support, and excellent customer service to our loan partners throughout the process
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Finance
Excellent in verbal and written English
Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willing to work night shift, on site, on a fixed schedule
Experience in mortgage processing a significant advantage
