We are looking for a Loan Maintenance Officer for an Australian mortgage company that values personal relationships both with customers and staff.

Some of the responsibilities that you will be handling are:
Accurate data entry into systems
Coordination with lenders to check on current loan details for clients
Preparation of property profile reports;
Checking of loan documents for compliance
Completion of discharge and variation forms.

1 to 3 years of work experience as a Loan Processor in either AU or US account
Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team environment, for example a small business
Great level of verbal and written communication skills
High Attention to detail
Ability to finish tasks quickly and accurately.
