Job Duties
Liaising and presenting finance options to clients, and having a clear understanding of house and land packages finance and property finance using SMSF to purchase the property.
Understanding customers' needs to help them achieve their financial goals.
Conversing with customers to help them assess various lending products in the market and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Work with a dedicated support team to process and settle applications in relevant systems to ensure efficient processing.
Maintain regular and frequent communication with customers to provide support and education across the entire application process whilst keeping company CRM’s up to date.
Work closely with senior management and develop new systems and processes that are geared towards growth.
Supportive team to help loans to settlement and data collection.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry as a registered current broker.
A goal-driven personality, strong motivation, and keen focus on achieving targets
Previous sales successes with excellent selling and negotiation skills
Be absolutely client focussed with a positive mental attitude to go the extra mile.
