About the Role:
Ideally, this candidate is well-organized and confident in his/her communication skills verbal and written. The candidate will be assisting our Real Estate Sales Executives in meeting their target sales and our members in guiding them through the Mortgage Loan Process. In return, they will be learning the ins and outs of real estate sales and gaining first-hand knowledge from our top Sales Strategist which will greatly enhance their careers.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide Admin support to our AU Sales Executive
Ensure working relationship between our Sales Executives and their clients remain warm and smooth
Update and assist our Sales Executives Members with regards to their property purchase
Guide them through their mortgage loan process
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
1-2 years' experience in Customer Service
1-2 years' experience as a Mortgage broker support or Loan processor
Familiarities with: Google Suite, Slack, Office Outlook and HubSpot.
General Requirements
Impeccable phone skills with a neutral accent
Highly organized and have a high level of attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills - must be able to think outside the box.
Very good written and spoken English
Efficient under pressure with excellent time management skills.
