About Your Client:
Your client is a full-service property investment business whose coaches, being former Australian Defense Force agents, emphasize integrity and pursue excellence. They help clients build wealth by giving them research-located advice on property selection and other supporting services.
What You Will Do:
» Maintain our database by entering new and updated customer and account information, and verifying automatically created data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering.
» Lodge and monitor loan applications.
» Assess servicecapability.
» Generate compliance documents.
» Complete file management and follow-ups.
» Assist the mortgage broker by processing application paperwork and uploading loan supporting documents.
