Preferably Mechanical Engineer course
1. Responsible for Mold mounting and dismounting using overhead crane.
2. Responsible in setting parameter to machine monitor using the Standard
3. Responsible in installing Cooling Lines and Mold temperature Controller.
4. Responsible in installing Conveyor and product catcher.
5. Responsible in installing and set up take out robot.
6. Responsible in installing limit switch to mold with slider.
7. Ensures the machine monitors are always on.
8. Reset machine with alarm and separate the 5 shots after resetting.
9. Apply mold guard to mold for change mold to avoid mold rust.
10. Apply air blow on mold cooling lines for change mold before transfer to Mold maintenance.
11. Conducting 5s before and after change mold.
12. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
