MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. Mold Setting
1. Ensure proper mounting and dismounting of molds.
2. Ensure that the standard operating procedure is properly followed.
3. Check and performs material changes according to production loading schedule.
4. Ensure proper use of crane hoist to perform mold changes and maintenance of molding machines.
5. Ensures that mold is in good condition & accessories are complete upon receiving prior proceeding to up mold
2. Parameter Setting
2.1. Ensure proper setting of machine parameters according to established standard.
2.2. Record new parameters as per approved samples.
2.3. Conducts necessary parameter adjustment based on define tolerance.
2.4. Conducts trial / evaluation for 4m purposes
3. Injection Machine Operation
3.1. Ensure that the machine operation is according to production schedule.
3.2. Confirm and check cycle time used to meet target output.
3.3. Ensure that machine alarm setting is activated
OTHER FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain 6S and safety in a work place.
2. Responsible for clear and consistent turn-over between shifts.
3. Acts as a reliever when need arises.
4. Check actual material to be use prior mass production
5. Responsible for proper handling and maintenance of all assigned tools in the area.
6. Monitoring and preparing support equipment i.e., material bin, grinders, etc. as needed in the production area.
7. Perform process troubleshooting, part inspections and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
8. Examines molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications.
9. Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance with superior.
10. Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions.
11. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
12. Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the assigned work.
13. Report any abnormality found to the Immediate superior
