JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Injection Manager. The Injection - Asst. The manager is responsible for the technical management, supervision, and overall coordination of all production-related activities.
JOB DETAILS:
1. Oversee the Injection process and make sure that Injection lines are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Support in setting targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards.
3. Help to make sure that products are cost-effective.
4. Working out the human and material resources needed.
5. Estimating cost and setting the quality standard.
6. Monitoring the Injection processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
7. Working with managers to implement the policies and goals.
8. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
9. Reviewing worker performance;
10. Identifying training needs.
11. Trains, motivates, and guides subordinates and maintains discipline among staff.
12. Coordinates with the customer, supplier on specification needed.
13. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. EDUCATION: Engineering Graduate preferably BS ECE, EE, COE, or ME or Other related courses.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: At least five (5) years experience in Mold Manufacturing Company CONTACT WITH OTHERS: Interacts with Top Management, Managers, Operators, Customers, Suppliers, and other Office Staff.
With Mold Development Experience.
