The Module Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality module development for the courses of the RAFI Center for Leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creates module template and standards of the academy
Develops modules for approved courses or topics of the academy
Liaises with Subject Matter Experts pertaining to module development, enhancement or
updating
Assists during the process of accreditation of applicable modules, activities, projects, and
programs of the academy with identified accrediting institutions
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or its equivalent
Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher
With at least 2 years of experience in course designing and module development
