Key Accounts Manager (Davao)

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Area and Major Accounts Customer Management
-Customer sell-in, negotiations and relationship building through the right engagement strategy
-On time and in full execution of Major Account trade operating plans
-Leverage data and insights to respond and future-proof Major Accounts in the area
Regional Planning and Resource Management
-Identify execution improvements and opportunities to maximize growth in the area
-Optimize MAG resources aligned with principles and investment framework
-Monitor and track correct performance
Capability Building
- Ensure to develop the skills and competencies of Major Accounts Executives and field sales teams based on Unilever standards through coaching and mentoring
- Engage with local teams to identify and assess issues and opportunities for development under each KPI
- Enable field partners to be efficient in scaled executions via tools and trainings
- Partner with Distributive Trade team to evaluate distributor capability
- Work with field partners to identify and optimize plans for customer peculiarities
- Train and work with DT team and Major Accounts Executive to unearth growth opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in Key accounts Management, preferably handling supermarket chains within the Consumer Goods industry
Leadership capability
Excellent stakeholder and data management skills
Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
Amenable to doing field work
Must be action and detail-oriented
Amenable to doing fieldwork within Davao / Cebu area
