Duties and Responsibilities:
Moderates customer reviews and decides the appropriate moderation action based on the client's moderation guidelines.
Manages and prepares Google Spreadsheets for reporting and internal tracking purposes.
Does in-depth further web research and text translation using specific keywords to understand the review context.
Curates photos and tags specific objects and products that are relevant to the client's visual curation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Has good English communication skill.
With Customer Service experience is an advantage.
Must have above-average reading comprehension skills and attention to detail.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Can start immediately.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
