MOBILE TECHNICAL OPERATIONS (MOBILE AND HAND HELD PHONE)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Manage and supervise all service operations support team on daily basis and provide clear direction aligned with the service to the operations Manager
2. Supervised the daily activities of the service center support team and validate all the reports and ensure accuracy
3. Should engaged in proactive approach in all situations
4. Ensure all KPI and SLA Management and achieve it on daily, weekly and Monthly basis
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of any IT course or Engineering course (Preferably in ECE, Computer Engineering, IT)
2. With 1 year experience preferably on Mobile Technology Platform
3. Expert in Microsoft office applications specially on excel and PowerPoint.
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and other
4. With background in handling customers complaints and background in people management.
5. Good in Data Analysis.
6. With leadership qualities and ability to manage a team & must be analytical.
7. Willing to travel and with drivers licensed as well
