Job Description
The Mobility Technology Operations Senior Analyst will assist in providing administrative support, Level 1 troubleshooting, and testing for key Mobility tools such as PM Gateway, Pre-Trip Approval Tool, and the Policy 55/68 Tool. This individual will review and respond to issues raised by Mobility team members, use the administrative console to review and update administrative data as needed, and support the Mobility Tools lead with testing new functionality and communicating changes to the Mobility teams. The Mobility Technology Senior Analyst will be the key point of contact for our Mobility Business Application Support team and will also be responsible for aggregating and communicating team metrics for status reports and leadership awareness. In addition, this individual will take on some support responsibilities for SharePoint sites and help with the oversight and support for our Mobility SharePoint library.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user access for the supported Mobility tools
Review and respond to tickets raised in the Mobility technology request tracker
Update administration information for supported tools
Investigate raised issues and if necessary, escalate to support teams
Assist the Mobility Operations Lead in requirements gathering for change requests, writing scripts for user acceptance testing, working with testers through script scenario/discussion, defect discussion/resolution and stabilization activities for enhancements/initiatives
Test enhancements and/or fixes that will be deployed in the Mobility tools to make sure that the changes are correct and will not impact existing functionalities
Partner with the Mobility Operations Lead in creating materials and conducting user training and functionality rollout
Serve as primary point of contact for the superusers located in different geographies in case assistance/guidance is needed in the maintenance request being configured or in replicating an issue that was raised
Conduct monthly all hands meeting for the superusers where updates/changes to the tools are discussed and learning sessions are facilitated
Assist with supporting our SharePoint sites, including site administration, granting/revoking access. Assisting with building new sites including some high-level workflow and form creation
Qualifications
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferably Computer Science/ Engineering or IT related course
Advanced MS Excel (handling huge data, creating reports with formula, macros etc.)
Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills (creating new subsites, managing user access, creating, and managing apps with workflows, editing list characteristics
With experience in handling and building rapport with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Can make sound solution recommendations based on stakeholder's requirements quickly and efficiently

Must be able to create reports from the different Mobility tools based on stakeholder requirements
Good to have:
Knowledge SQL

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
