Your Role and Responsibilities
Ensure that an International Assignment Expense claim complies with the defined International Assignment policy.
Check that an International Assignment Expense claim is completed correctly.
Check the correct backup information is attached to the claim.
Ensure that the expense is correctly recorded and completed on the Expat Database
Ensure that the expenses are processed and sent to country within the published turnaround times.
Ensure that expenses are received in the applicable countries before the country payroll cut offs.
Provide an effective tracking/audit trail of expense from receipt to payment.
Able to investigate and resolve queries arising from expense claims.
Process Domestic Mobility Expenses or retrieve monies advanced to assignees such as house deposits, first months rent or cash-flow advance.
Additional tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Manager
Owns the resolution of complex employee's and line management's queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses
Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes for countries covered
Delivers country specific Process
Proactively involved in cross departmental teaming
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology / Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Above average to excellent communication skills
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (Day, Mid, Night Shift)
Amenable to work in IBM Naga Site

Knowledge of and experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, and other HRMS applications is an advantage
