Job Description
1. Raw material requisition based on schedule and requirements.
2. Testing and verification of measuring tools and other equipment on their functionality and vailidity.
3. Preparation of workplace and required tools, parameters, and formula.
4. Preparation of all raw materials needed based on schedule, requirements, and formula.
5. Mixing of required raw materials and ingredients.
6. Labelling and recording of prepared materials by item and weight.
7. Monitoring of issuance of raw materials and ingredients to production lines.
8. Recording and reporting to Supervisors all observations during material preparation.
9. Conducts weekly, monthly inventories of all ingredients in his workplace for proper accountability.
10. Collects raw material, tools, and equipment for storage and safekeeping prior to CIP/cleaning.
11. Performs CIP/cleaning activities based on schedules and approved standard CIP/COP procedures.
Education
1. At least 2nd year college level or a technical/vocational course graduate.
Working Experience
1. Experience in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
