MIXING OPERATOR
Job Description:
Operates and monitors the mixing equipment for recipe-based batch production in adherence to approved procedures quality standards and production schedules by accurately weighing, compounding, and documenting the process to ensure compliance to cGMP and consistency in product quality.
Job Requirements:
Technical Vocational Graduate in Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial Technology Instrumentation & Control, Electronics or Industrial Automation
At least 1-2 years or experience in mixing, compounding, or batch processing in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Capable of accurately measuring, weighing, and blending of raw materials
Preferably with NC II training in SCADA & PLC interface, Mechatronics, Process Automation
Familiar with cGMP & basic safety procedures
Able to follow and document batch manufacturing records (BMPs)
Able to operate mixers, kettles, agitators, and assist in equipment cleaning (CIP)
